Guru Nithya Chaithanya Yathi College of Law and Research Centre, Established in 2019, is a self-financing law college affiliated with the University of Kerala and recognized by the Bar Council of India. The institution is owned and managed by the Guru Nithya Chaithanya Yathi Educational and Charitable Trust, based in Kayamkulam. The Trust was founded in 2001 by Adv. P.T. Anil Kumar in honor of Guru Nithya Chaithanya Yathi, a spiritual leader who strongly advocated for the transformative power of quality education in society.

Course Regulation

The period of study is 5 years consisting of 10 semesters and internship for practical training and hands on learning programme offered is five year integrated double degree.

The programme shall be of a double degree Integrated course comprising of BA.LL.B degrees. The degree in Arts and Law consist of fourteen papers in BA (English-8, Economics-3, Politics-3) and 30 papers in law spread over five years duration consisting of 10 semesters.

The maximum number of students to be admitted to the said programme shall be limited to 66 out of which 50% seats will be filled from Kerala State Entrance Test and remaining 50% seats will be filled as per Institutional norms based on merit, that is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
